30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund on items returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:
• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging with all accessories
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refund Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@infids.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Receive return authorization and instructions
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method (customer responsible for return shipping costs)
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened smartwatch bands and certain personal accessories may not be eligible for refund. Digital products and gift cards are also non-refundable.
